EA DICE studio has repeatedly emphasized that it plans to release the game in 2021, three years after the release of the last part, i.e. Battlefield V. A similarly long period of time has come for us to wait for Battlefield 1 although in the meantime players did get the Battlefield Hardline side effects from another developer. Andrew Wilson, the company’s president, revealed in a freshly released financial report a more precise date of the premiere, which was set for the pre-holiday period 2021 of the year. The Battlefield 6 release date announced by EA is not surprising – games from the series usually come out in the hottest period for players, i.e. October or November . It will not be any different this time. According to Wilson, the new version of the war FPS will bypass PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, using the power of next-generation consoles, which will translate into “an unprecedented scale”. It can be assumed that the Frostbite engine will get a new version with significant improvements. According to rumors, there are plans for versions for the current generation consoles, but they are to be very limited in technical terms, but EA has not confirmed anything.
