Cooler Master has announced its first TEC AIO liquid cooler. The MasterLiquid ML360 Sub-Zero is powered by Intel Cryo Cooling technology, deviating itself from traditional cooling concepts and allowing users to push their processors to new heights of performance by reducing its temperatures below ambient.

Powered by Intel Cryo Cooling technology, the ML360 Sub-Zero uses a specific combination of hardware, software, and firmware “designed to help unleash elite performance” for users. Through the use of “cryo-clocking”, Cooler Master and Intel designed a new solution that allows the processor to reach higher-frequencies through the use of a thermoelectric cooler.

By using a thermoelectric cooler, the ML360 Sub-Zero cools the processor to sub-ambient temperatures, allowing users to stably overclock to higher-frequencies, especially in low core count. Additionally, this new solution has a separate 2nd generation pump with “higher liquid flow for exceptional heat removal” and a 360mm radiator populated by 3x SF120R fans, each with a maximum speed of 1900RPM and capable of pushing up to 59CFM of airflow.

The thermoelectric cooler is divided into four parts: a circuit board with temperature and dew point sensors to prevent condensation, a 52x52mm TEC unit, the copper base which has more sensors to monitor temperature and humidity, and a seal to further prevent condensation and secure the base on top of the CPU’s thermal interface.

The Cooler Master ML360 Sub-Zero cooler will be available later this month for €349.99. This cooler is only compatible with Intel LGA1200 socket.

KitGuru says: What do you think about using a thermoelectric cooler full time over a traditional AIO? Are you interested in getting the MasterLiquid ML360?
