Cyberpunk 2077 postponed for an additional 21 days

The developers of Cyberpunk 2077 have announced another postponement. They actually wanted to have achieved gold status and thus complete the development. The release date on 19. November was therefore considered safe. Now they have announced another shift by 21 days via Twitter. Cyberpunk 2077 will only be released on 10. December will appear.

As a reason, the developers cite the necessary test procedure to be able to test Cyberpunk 2077 in nine versions. These include the PC, Xbox One, Xbox One X, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Pro, PlayStation 5 and Stadia platforms. Due to the fact that many employees work from home, this is far more time-consuming than one could have previously estimated.
