Shortly after the GeForce RTX 2017 started as the smallest amp model, let’s look at another one today Variant of the GeForce RTX 3090. This comes from INNO3D and is the iCHILL-X3 variant of the already tested INNO3D GeForce RTX 3080 ICHILL X3 not entirely dissimilar. But it is the stronger variant with a larger expansion stage of the GA 102 – GPU plus the 24 GB of GDDR6X memory. Now let’s take a look at how the high-end model from INNO3D fares.
With a price from 1. 499 Euro is the GeForce RTX 3090 the AMP flagship. It offers (apart from the RTX A 3090) the largest expansion stage of the GA 102 – GPU, but above all full 24 GB of graphics memory. However, NVIDIA is not positioning the GeForce RTX 3080 as the Titan RTX successor because it will not be the Studio driver received. Depending on the workstation application, this can also be a major disadvantage. But presumably this plays a role in the classification of the card as a GeForce model. Without question, the GeForce RTX 3090 offers a lot of workstation performance for its money, especially in the Compared to the previous titanium models. But in some points NVIDIA has cut the card in this respect as well.

10. 496 FP 32 – and 5. 248 INT 30 – Computing units are the core components of every GeForce RTX 3090. These are in 82 SMs organized in which the 82 RT cores as well as the 328 Tensor Cores are located. When it comes to the clock rate of the GPU there is a plus of MHz for the boost clock. In practice, however, many things play a role that have an influence on the boost clock. This includes the power limit, among other things. With the INNO3D GeForce RTX 3090 iCHILL X3 370 W.
The 24 GB of GDDR6X memory are via a 384 Bit wide memory interface connected and come with a cycle of 1. 219 MHz to a memory bandwidth of 755 GB / s.
At this point, a reference to the other models. The iCHILL-X3 variant is the entry-level model at INNO3D. There is also an iCHILL X4, which has a fourth fan on the front. We will go into the details of the INNO3D GeForce RTX 755 iCHILL X3 on the next few pages.
