Netflix and Ubisoft announce a TV series dedicated to Assassin's Creed

Assassin’s Creed will also conquer the small screen: to announce it are Ubisoft and Netflix. The new collaboration between the two companies will lead to the development of a live action adaptation and, in all probability, to the realization of some animated series.

About three years ago, Ubisoft claimed to want to produce a TV show inspired by Assassin’s Creed , one of the most successful franchises of the French house. Today we return to talk about that project, with the official announcement of an ambitious partnership between the videogame publisher and Netflix : Assassin’s Creed will become a TV series .
The agreement between the two companies provides for the creation of a real television narrative universe. We will probably not only have a live-action show, but also some animated series .
Assassin’s Creed: work on the Netflix series is underway
Ubisoft and Netflix themselves are giving us the joy news. The first project that will arise from the aforementioned partnership coincides with a live-action adaptation that will see Jason Altman and Danielle Kreinik of Ubisoft Film & Television as executive producers.

We remind you that, in a few days, the Ubisoft saga will be back in stores with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla . The new chapter will be available from the next 10 November on PC , PlayStation 4 and Xbox One; at the time of the debut the title will also be compatible with the Xbox Series X and Series S and, from 19 November, will also land on PlayStation 5.
