Recently Sony released a list of games that would not work on the PlayStation 5 as they are not compatible with the new console, and while we were led to believe that those would be the only games that should fail, finally it seems that there will be more non-functional titles according to the statements of Ubisoft , who has released their own version of the list of PlayStation 4 games that will not work on the PlayStation 5, and they are:

• Assassin’s Creed Syndicate
• Assassin’s Creed Chronicles Trilogy Pack
• Assassin’s Creed Chronicles India
• Assassin’s Creed Chronicles China
• Assassin’s Creed Chronicles Russia
• Risk
• Star Trek Bridge Crew
• Werewolves Within
• Space Junkies

A total of nine titles added to the list of games that they will not work, and is that although Sony’s list was reduced thanks to some compatibility patches by game developers, finally it seems that the situation of backward compatibility is not as good as it seemed.

Hopefully as it happens over time we will discover more titles that do not go either to work properly on the PlayStation 5, although this will not really be known until they are tested.
